THE NITTY GRITTY

Heidi Radkiewicz (an Army veteran) was born and raised in rural Iowa (where most of her family & friends assumed she'd be a lifer while living alone with a bunch of dogs, in the country, among cornstalks & beans) but she raised her kids in the Chicagoland area (happened to live across the street from cornstalks & beans) where she was a homemaker (no one, including Heidi, would have ever foreseen this happening but it's amazing what motherhood does to a person & she soon realized that raising her kids was far more important than a career). 

God blessed Heidi and her family with the opportunity to move out of the big city and go to a magical place that they had been dreaming about for years.....Idaho. Opportunities like this just don't pop up all the time so even though their kids were in high school, they knew what they needed to do and they were so glad they did. Idaho life is amazing. 

Heidi enjoys taking care of her family (takes great joy in embarrassing her teenage kids whenever possible), working out, health & nutrition (she's paleo & anyone who's paleo knows that one must let everyone else know this fact), having fun with her crazy dog (he's a Belgian Malanois- that's right, the same breed responsible for taking down ISIS terrorists), a newbie owner of chickens, roaming around on the 4-wheeler, hiking, going on adventures in Idaho, and traveling around the country, in their RV (a slighter nicer version of cousin Eddie's RV), with her family.
